Founder of Performance Plus Academy, Coach Imani brings a wealth of experience from a professional football background. With a UEFA B Licence and coaching history at top-tier Category 1 clubs, Imani has over five years of coaching experience and a deep passion for development. His mission is to inspire and elevate young athletes with the same drive and discipline that shaped his own career.
COACH ALEX
A UEFA C Licenced coach with over two years of hands-on experience, Coach Alex is driven by a genuine passion for youth development. Came up through the academy system so understands what it takes to compete at the highest level. Known for exceptional ball confidence and standout game intelligence, his focus is on helping young players grow in skill, confidence, and character while enjoying the game.
COACH CAM
A UEFA Licenced coach, Coach Cam brings a unique blend of experience and passion to the Performance Plus team. With a background in youth and non-league football, he’s dedicated to developing the next generation of players across all levels. Known for his focus on technical detail and ball confidence, his goal is to help players become the best version of themselves both on and off the pitch.
